Kronos hosted this one day event in central London for 230 delegates to network, build knowledge, and discover the latest innovations around Workforce Management. As a complimentary event for industry professionals, Kronos wanted to portray a strong brand presence and give a long lasting impression.
The conference opened with impact. The 7 metre wide backdrop with wrapped canvas displayed bright, seamless graphics. Intelligent moving lights and a powerful sound system created excitement, and 65 plasma screens ensured every delegate was engaged. After the presentations, the room was quickly transformed into three individual breakout rooms where dedicated Project Managers oversaw the sound and projection for each session.
Breathe also created a networking environment, supplying eight work stations for Kronos representatives. The tall double sided structures were brightly branded with illuminated graphics and included a 24 monitor, laptop and mouse. The zone was further enhanced with a 75 display for an open mic session and lots of visible bold ceiling, floor and window mounted signage. The evening concluded with a cocktail bar and illuminated casual seating.
Breathe provided the set, lighting, projection, sound, breakout rooms, people, exhibition areas, furniture and signage.
Can I say a huge thank you to you and your team. The early feedback has been fantastic and certainly from my perspective all I saw was a smooth, highly professional team of amazing people who coped with everything we through at you. Lots of lessons for the company to learn for next year and I will be arranging a meeting to get some proper feedback from you on the event and what we could/should do better I value your input into helping shape next years event!
